What we are
Eastern NC Home Care Match is a neutral care-matching and lead-referral platform. We are not a licensed home care agency, home health agency, medical provider, or direct care provider. We do not deliver care, prescribe treatment, or provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Final care decisions are between your family and the provider you choose.
Provider relationships
When we connect you with a provider, you contract directly with that provider. Each provider is responsible for its own caregivers, services, scheduling, licensing, and pricing. We may receive compensation from providers when we make a successful match.
Emergencies
This is not an emergency service. If you or a loved one are in immediate danger, call 911. For concerns about an adult who may be at risk, contact North Carolina Adult Protective Services.
Information accuracy
We aim to keep information on this site accurate, but we make no warranties about completeness, suitability, or availability of services in any location.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Eastern NC Home Care Match is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your relationship with any provider.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
