Neutral matching platform. Eastern NC Home Care Match is a neutral care-matching and lead-referral service. We are not a licensed home care agency, home health agency, hospice, medical provider, or direct caregiver employer. We do not deliver care, prescribe treatment, or provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Provider independence. Local providers we refer families to are independent businesses. Each provider is responsible for its own licensing, insurance, hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and pricing. Inclusion on this site is not an endorsement of any specific provider.

Compensation. We may receive compensation from providers when we successfully match a family. This does not change the cost of care for families using our service.

Not an emergency service. If you or a loved one are in immediate danger, call 911. For concerns about an adult who may be at risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, contact North Carolina Adult Protective Services.

Medicare. Medicare generally does not pay for non-medical home care, even immediately after a hospital stay. Medicare may pay for short-term skilled home health when ordered by a physician.

Information accuracy. Care availability, rates, and program eligibility change over time. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any specific provider listing.
